Services Provided

  • Free New Patient Consultations for expectant moms and dads
  • Well/Preventative care from birth to 21 years
  • Developmental screening using the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended Ages and Stages Questionnaire to identify developmental delay or autistic spectrum disorders
  • Cholesterol screening routinely done at age 10 or at age 5 if you have a family history of high cholesterol or early heart attack
  • Glucose screening to check for diabetes especially in an overweight child or one with excessive thirst, urination, or appetite
    Complete blood counts to determine if an infection is viral or bacterial and to check for anemia
  • Rapid diagnosis of infectious disease tests for Strep (sore throat, fever, vomiting), Mono (fever, fatigue, enlarged lymph nodes), RSV (respiratory syncytial virus which causes wheeze and pneumonia in young children), and Influenza (rapid onset of fever and cough)
    Stool testing for blood to evaluate for milk allergy, colon health, and infection
  • Urinalysis to look for infection, diabetes, or kidney disease
  • Venipuncture to draw blood to be sent to the lab for further testing
    Breathing treatments for wheezing
  • Splinting of injuries
  • Placement of arm slings and ACE wraps for sprains
  • Full hearing and vision screens
  • Freezing of warts / removal of molluscum
  • Suturing of or Dermabond glue or stapling of minor lacerations
  • Ear piercing (for girls over 6 months)
  • Removal of foreign bodies from skin, ears, nose
  • Ear wax removal
  • Tympanometry to check for fluid behind the eardrums
  • Peak flow to evaluate for asthma
  • Injections of Penicillin and Rocephin to treat worrisome Strep or ear infections
  • All Childhood vaccines including free State Funded Vaccines for Children who do not have insurance or whose insurance does not cover vaccines
  • Pre-operative physicals done within one week prior to any surgical procedure to ensure that your child will be able to tolerate anesthesia well
  • Behavioral consults, including evaluation for ADD and mood disorders like anxiety and depression
